Virtual Identiverse “Day 2” Round Up

We’ve just reached the halfway point of Identiverse 2020, and conversation is buzzing!  Across social media, in-session chat, and our Virtual Identiverse ‘hallway’ (the Slack workspace) we’ve enjoyed really in-depth conversations about a huge range of topics.  Strong authentication; identity deployments in healthcare, government, education and large enterprise; API security; authorization; self-sovereign identity, decentralized identifiers and blockchain… and plenty more!

All this has been fuelled by some fantastic sessions in the main conference agenda, and in many cases the presenters have been able to join in the discussion during the presentation as well as participating in ad-hoc conversations afterwards.

Check out the detailed agenda where every session is linked directly to the broadcast (or the replay, so you can catch up on anything you missed).  And you get full details on the virtual experience including information on how to join the Slack workspace.  Remember: you can still go and discuss the material and ask questions even if you are catching up on-demand!

As we head into week 5, you can look forward to talks on Customer Identity (CIAM), Identity and Security, Identity for Developers, and some more standards updates in sessions and in masterclasses. Watch out for our headliner panel mid-week on Identity at Scale featuring thought leaders from Google, Microsoft and Ping Identity.  And on your “must watch” list: comedian Tom Papa on Thursday (tell your friends!) will get us revved up for the 2nd half of #identiverse!
