  • Speakers
    • How is the agenda constructed?
      • Most of the content is selected from our open and public Call for Presentations (CFP). All proposals are reviewed by the content committee – an independent panel of subject matter experts drawn from across the industry. There are a few sponsored presentations in the agenda – these are clearly indicated. All presentations, including sponsored content, will go through our content review process prior to being presented.
    • Do you have diversity policy for the agenda and for your presenters?
      • We welcome presenters from all backgrounds and select content based on knowledge and expertise. The content committee tracks a number of diversity metrics each year to help us ensure an appropriately balanced agenda.
    • I am a confirmed speaker for the event: where can I get help?
      • Your primary points of contact will be your track lead or the content chair. In addition, you can email speakers@identiverse.com and someone will be in touch.
  • Expo/Sponsor
    • How do we sign up to exhibit?
      • We would love for you to join our expanded expo floor! Simply download the prospectus from the Expo & Sponsorship page. This is continuously updated to show the most current availability. You can also view the live floor plan on this page to assist in your selection.
    • How can I see what booths are available?
      • As the expo floor fills and develops, you can see it all happen on a live floor plan on the Expo & Sponsorship page.
    • How do we sign up to exhibit next year?
      • Expo sales for next year’s conference will begin onsite during the Identiverse and continue through the summer of 2020. Availability and booth selection will be based on a priority point system and general sales will begin approximately mid-August.
    • How do I become a sponsor?
      • Title sponsorship (Platinum, Gold and Silver) is limited and generally sell out early. However there are many great branding and marketing opportunities available to your company. Be sure to download the prospectus from the Expo & Sponsorship page. This is continuously updated to show the most current availability.
    • My company would like to sponsor something that isn’t offered. How do we do that?
      • We love how you think! We would be happy to discuss a custom sponsorship for you. Just email us at info@identiverse.com and we will work to create something that meets your needs!
    • As an exhibitor, how do my discount codes work?
      • By January 1, each exhibiting company will receive an email with their registration codes to register their staff and customers, as well as discount codes to share within their network. The quantity of each is based on the sponsorship package and/or booth size you contracted. This email will be sent to the individual designated as the main point of contact at the company at the time of contracting. Simply enter these codes on the payment page during registration and the cost will be adjusted accordingly.
    • Can you send me a list of everyone that is attending?
      • Unfortunately, we do not share current or past attendee lists for our events.
    • How do I get the leads I scanned at my booth?
      • If you decide to purchase the lead retrieval app or device for onsite lead gathering, the instructions will be included at that time. There will also be a representative onsite to assist with questions.
