- IDENTIVERSE 2020 CANCELLATION
- When and how will I be refunded for my registration?
- We have already processed and refunded all paid registrations. If you have not received your refund yet, please reach out to info@identiverse.com.
- Did you cancel my hotel reservation?
- No, it is your responsibility to cancel any hotel reservations you have made, and work with the hotel directly for any possible refund for any deposit paid.
- How do I cancel my hotel reservation at the Gaylord Rockies?
- If you booked your hotel room through the Identiverse room block, your room reservation should have been automatically canceled. However if you did not, the Gaylord Rockies has a 72-hour prior to arrival cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel your reservation it is necessary to do so outside the 72-hour cancellation window to avoid a fee. If you cancel within 72 hours you forfeit the deposit that was taken at the time of booking, or the hotel will charge your card a one-night room and tax cancellation fee. The deposit will only be refunded for reservations that cancel prior to the 72 hours to arrival cancellation policy.
- Will Identiverse reimburse me for my plane ticket?
- No, however most airlines are currently refunding tickets or waiving cancellation fees. Please check with your airline or internal travel department for more details.
- Will the Gaylord Rockies refund my company for hospitality suite or private event arrangements paid already(catering & AV)?
- It is your responsibility to cancel any arrangements made directly with the Gaylord Rockies.

- Identiverse 2021 is scheduled to take place June 20 to 23 (Sunday to Wednesday) in Denver at the Gaylord Rockies Resort.

- What is the cost of Identiverse Virtual?
- Identiverse Virtual is free of charge. We want to make sure this is inclusive for everyone in our Identiverse community.
- How do I register for Identiverse Virtual?

- If I do not register for Identiverse Virtual or can not attend certain webinars will I still be able to access the content from this year?
- Yes! After our live webinars take place we will be posting on-demand content for people who were unable to attend.
- Do I need to register for each webinar?
- No! Once you register on our site, you will be registered for all of our webinars and get a weekly reminder of what webinars are happening each week so that you can join which ones you are interested in!
- What is the cost of Identiverse Virtual?

- How is the agenda constructed?
- Most of the content is selected from our open and public Call for Presentations (CFP). All proposals are reviewed by the content committee – an independent panel of subject matter experts drawn from across the industry. There are a few sponsored presentations in the agenda – these are clearly indicated. All presentations, including sponsored content, will go through our content review process prior to being presented.
- Do you have diversity policy for the agenda and for your presenters?
- We welcome presenters from all backgrounds and select content based on knowledge and expertise. The content committee tracks a number of diversity metrics each year to help us ensure an appropriately balanced agenda.
- I am a confirmed speaker for the event: where can I get help?
- Your primary points of contact will be your track lead or the content chair. In addition, you can email speakers@identiverse.com and someone will be in touch.
- How is the agenda constructed?

- Do I need to register for individual sessions?
- No, once you register for the event you have access to all of the sessions and masterclasses.
- Do you provide Continuing Education (CPE) credits/documentation?
- We do not provide completion certificates for the conference, but your registration confirmation should serve as proof of your attendance with the various organizations.
- How do I submit for CPE credits?
- The Identiverse agenda is approved for CPE Credits through (ISC)2! You can earn up to 70 hours of credit through all of the content. There is a CPE tracker in each session that you may start as each session begins. We will provide a spreadsheet with your hours logged (as long as you provided your ISC2 number upon registration) to the organization at the close of the event.
- Is this conference content applicable towards college credit?
- Please check with your individual institution for more information.
- Will I have access to the presentations after Identiverse Virtual is over?
- Yes, they will all be On-Demand on the Identiverse website.
- I want to present next year? How do I do that?
- Once the Call for Presentations (CFP) has closed for a particular conference, we are unable to accept proposals for future conferences. Traditionally, the CFP opens during the month of October for the conference the following year. Be sure to watch your email and our social media channels for announcements on CFP dates.
- Does Identiverse have any social activities?
- Yes, we have several social activities from morning workouts to evening parties. Check the agenda page for more information on all Identiverse and affiliate event happenings!
- My company wants to host something during the conference. Is that allowed?
- Yes, we encourage the Identiverse community to host networking events during the conference. (The free night on Tuesday is a perfect option!) We ask that you do not hold events that directly conflict with the Identiverse agenda. If you would like to add your event to the affiliate page of our website, simply email info@identiverse.com and we will get your event details to the page ASAP!
- What is the best way to navigate the conference onsite?
- The Identiverse app is THE tool for all your onsite Identiverse needs. You will have the ability to personalize your conference agenda, connect with your fellow attendees, navigate the expanded expo and keep track of all the great things Identiverse has to offer.
- Can anyone come with me to the meals and events included in the Identiverse registration?
- Unfortunately, no. Since badges are required for entry to all elements of the Indentiverse conference only those paying registered attendees will be allowed access to meals and evening events.
- How do I download the Event app?
- Once the Identiverse 2020 app is complete, we will send out an email all registered attendees. Only registered attendees will be able to download and interact with other attendees in the Identiverse app. You can find the app in both the Apple and Google Play Store by searching “Identiverse.” Once the app is downloaded, you must use the email provided when you registered for the conference to log into the app in order to see fellow attendees.
- Why can I not log into the event app?
- You must be a registered attendee of Identiverse to log into the app to see your fellow conference attendees. If you are still having trouble, make sure you are using the same email address that you used during the registration process. If you need further assistance, you can reach us at info@identiverse.com.

- We would love for you to join our expanded expo floor! Simply download the prospectus from the Expo & Sponsorship page. This is continuously updated to show the most current availability. You can also view the live floor plan on this page to assist in your selection.
- How can I see what booths are available?
- As the expo floor fills and develops, you can see it all happen on a live floor plan on the Expo & Sponsorship page.
- How do we sign up to exhibit next year?
- Expo sales for next year’s conference will begin onsite during the Identiverse and continue through the summer of 2020. Availability and booth selection will be based on a priority point system and general sales will begin approximately mid-August.
- How do I become a sponsor?
- Title sponsorship (Platinum, Gold and Silver) is limited and generally sell out early. However there are many great branding and marketing opportunities available to your company. Be sure to download the prospectus from the Expo & Sponsorship page. This is continuously updated to show the most current availability.
- My company would like to sponsor something that isn’t offered. How do we do that?
- We love how you think! We would be happy to discuss a custom sponsorship for you. Just email us at info@identiverse.com and we will work to create something that meets your needs!
- As an exhibitor, how do my discount codes work?
- By January 1, each exhibiting company will receive an email with their registration codes to register their staff and customers, as well as discount codes to share within their network. The quantity of each is based on the sponsorship package and/or booth size you contracted. This email will be sent to the individual designated as the main point of contact at the company at the time of contracting. Simply enter these codes on the payment page during registration and the cost will be adjusted accordingly.
- Can you send me a list of everyone that is attending?
- Unfortunately, we do not share current or past attendee lists for our events.
- How do I get the leads I scanned at my booth?
- If you decide to purchase the lead retrieval app or device for onsite lead gathering, the instructions will be included at that time. There will also be a representative onsite to assist with questions.
- I am contracted as a sponsor or exhibitor. What should I do now?
- Our Exhibitor Resources page has lots of valuable information to help you make the most out of your Identiverese experience. This page contains all the information you will need to order your onsite services, logistical information related to your booth and tools to help you promote your presence at the conference. If there is something you don’t see here, we would be happy to help! Simply email us at info@identiverse.com.
- As an exhibitor, how do I let my customers know I will be there?
- Our Exhibitor Resources page has lots of valuable information to help you with this. In addition to booth related information, the page includes social media tools, logos, graphics and other resources to help you promote your company at the conference.

- Will there be more than one Identiverse conference each year?
- Great question! In the short term, we plan to focus on our annual conference. However, there is always a possibility that we will gather this community other times during the year.
- What else does Identiverse do?
- Currently, our main focus is our ever-growing annual conference. However, we have a few exciting things in the pipeline that we are hoping to roll out in 2020 to continue to serve this amazing community! Stay tuned!

- Who should attend Identiverse?
- Well, everyone is welcome and should come…there’s something for everyone, really. But to be a bit more specific, the content will appeal most to CTOs, COOs, CIOs, IS/IT Directors/Managers, Developers, IAM Architects/Engineers, IAM Directors, Product Managers, Mobility Architects, Security Infrastructure Engineers, Security Architects, Information Security Officers and Software Security Architects.
- Is there a dress code for Identiverse?
- We don’t have a real dress code for Identiverse, but you’ll see plenty of industry t-shirts! Whether you choose to be casual or more business casual, just make sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes that are appropriate for the time of year and climate.
- Do you have a conduct policy?
- We expect everyone attending Identiverse to conduct themselves at all times during the conference in a civilized, respectful, professional and decent manner. If you encounter any behavior that causes you any concern, please bring it immediately to the attention of the event staff on site.
