Mark Perry is a thought-leader in Digital Identity. With over 25 years in the field, he has consulted with enterprises implementing large scale Digital Identity projects, in particular, Open Banking. He was a member of the Australian Government advisory committee for Consumer Data Right, Australia’s Open Banking standards body, from 2018–2020. Mark speaks regularly at industry events worldwide to evangelise digital identity trends, and is a strong advocate for consumer privacy and modern cybersecurity methodologies.
His career highlights include industry leaders Ping Identity, IBM, Netscape, Sun Microsystems and Oracle. He is a founding member of the IDPro organisation, and has a B. Eng. from RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. Mark enjoys golf, single malt Scotch, dabbling with synthesisers, and has written a business book about how to develop and hone the unique skills of an IT pre-sales professional.
