Alyssa Nelson brings over 13 years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience with a focus on leading transformative programs across diverse industry verticals. Her broad technical knowledge coupled with her program management and leadership capabilities has enabled organizations to establish and align vision to deliver solutions that balance risk, business realities and operational impacts. Alyssa’s experience includes leading teams through complex, enterprise-wide IAM initiatives from design to execution. Alyssa has led over 15 IAM transformation projects inclusive of the formation and expansion of IAM programs. Alyssa’s primary areas of focus have been on IAM program maturity, cultivating relationships with critical partners, user adoption and organizational change management activities. Most recently, Alyssa participated in a groundbreaking effort to containerize a commercial off the shelf product into a Build Your Own IDAAS (BYODIaaS) federation platform in AWS for a global enterprise of 40,000 employees Alyssa is a member of Women in Identity, the co-chair of Optiv’s Women Network and a champion of women in male dominated industries.
