Steve Hutchinson
VP, Security Architecture

Steve “Hutch” Hutchinson is the VP for Security Architecture at MUFG where he is designing and implementing modern IAM services for the world’s fifth-largest bank. After cutting his teeth in C/C++ software development and network engineering, Hutch spent a decade as an enterprise architect in the healthcare sector focused on security and network technologies and another decade at GE, where he was the Principal Cybersecurity Architect responsible for the strategy of one of the largest corporate identity infrastructures in the world and oversaw its evolution to provide the next generation of identity services required for GE’s “Industrial Internet.” Hutch is a founding member of IDPro and is honored to be its Treasurer and to sit on the inaugural Board focused on community development. In Richmond, VA, he fiddles around with cocktails and holds a virtual backyard get-together on the odd Wednesday night. Drop him a note for an invite.
