Henk is both working as independent researcher as well as principal consultant identity and access management at SonicBee. In 2021 he started academic research on digital identity and ethics, preparing a PhD proposal on 'Freedom of Digital Identity - Fairness and Justice in the Digital Society through the Enablement or Deprivation of Capabilities’. Prior to that Henk was global service owner for IAM at Rabobank and IAM practice leader for Deloitte in the Netherlands.
