Richard Zack is the Founder and CEO of Eternal Me, an identity-driven platform and API for managing digital estates. With more than two decades of experience in Internet infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital identity, Richard is recognized as a global Internet and technology leader. Previously, he served as Vice President at Canonical/Ubuntu, where he led global service teams supporting enterprise Ubuntu Linux deployments worldwide. Earlier in his career, he served as both CISO and CEO at Pantek, a global provider of Linux and open-source based software and security solutions for clients in 35 countries. Richard’s career began at 14, founding one of Ohio’s first Internet Service Providers, and continued with launching ventures like Our.News, a platform recognized by Facebook and TechCrunch for innovations in online credibility and misinformation defense. Featured in ComputerWorld, TechCrunch, and USA Today, Richard has spoken at leading events such as SXSW and the NAB Show, appeared on numerous podcasts, and guest lectured at institutions including Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). His work bridges Internet infrastructure, digital identity, cybersecurity, and estate planning — driven by a lifelong mission to build a safer, more trusted digital future.
