Arynn Crow is the Senior Manager of IAM in Amazon Customer Service (CS), one of the world's largest customer support organizations. She leads a group responsible for the vision and strategy of identity services that secure customer relationship tooling, spanning hundreds of thousands of workforce users as well as tens of millions of customer interactions every year. She has driven a wide range of efforts during her time in CS’s security organization, including: GDPR response, FIDO2 and MFA adoption, extensive RBAC restructuring, and the development of innovative new services to perform in-call center authentication for customers.
