Cathy is a senior manager in EY’s Advisory Services practice with 20 years of experience in providing IT services to Fortune 500 companies and government agencies, specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Information Security, Enterprise Applications, and Business Process Management. She has a strong background in implementing enterprise Cyber Security initiatives from project strategy to delivery with a focus on architecture, project and program management.

Cathy brings a unique mix of Federal and Commercial cyber security experience and uses her deep knowledge of NIST and other industry frameworks to drive security architectures. She is an active cyber security writer, speaker, and mentor.

Cathy has focused on sharing common best practices to increase quality and efficiency across many IAM projects with a focus on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and PAM. This includes the creation and maintenance of accelerators, both technical and functional, and labs that can be used by EY practitioners to enable their clients to solve complex problems with proven solutions.
