Charlotte Massey

UX Researcher; Google
Dr. Charlotte Massey has been working in cognitive psychology and human-computer interaction for the last eight years. As a UX Researcher in Google Cloud, she focuses on helping to improve IT security, identity administration, and device management on the G Suite Admin Console. Her research focuses on identifying top user needs and pain points when administering G Suite and providing data-driven recommendations to improve these experiences. Prior to Google, Dr. Massey completed her Ph.D. in cognitive psychology at UC Santa Cruz. Her dissertation research focused on personal information management, a field that explores user behaviors with regards to how they manage their digital information. Dr. Massey is passionate about research in technology and advocating for the human when building new systems.
