Kelley's Session

Thursday, June 27
3:10 - 3:35 pm
The Payment Services Directive (PSD2) hit European financial institutions in 2018. As part of the regulation, Secure Customer Authentication (SCA) is required in 2019. If your company operates in Europe and processes financial transactions, you'll need to be prepared. This session will break down the regulations and what they mean for your business. We'll talk about the requirements outlined in PSD2 and the types of multi factor authentication that will help you comply. Finally, we'll implement an application with an example SCA compliant authorization. The audience will leave with actionable steps for achieving SCA compliance and understand their options for implementation.
