Mayda has over 25 years’ experience in IT with the last 10 years focused in developing and implementing Identity and Access Management programs and managing access control operational teams. She began her professional career as an application developer. Through her career she has hold multiple roles in both IT development and operational teams including application supervisor, project manager and security operations manager. Mayda is responsible to develop the maturity of their IAM capabilities at a Global Level and the implementation and operations of the IAM Global technologies. She also leads the IAM Governance Board with representation from all areas of the company to set strategy and direction of the IAM initiatives and program.
