Enterprise Architect; GCI
Stephanie has over 28 years of experience in telecommunications, IT, and technology. She is currently an Enterprise Architect focusing on Customer Identity Management, Customer Experience, and Customer Engagement. She has led major cross-disciplinary implementations in these focus areas. She has also worked with cable industry groups to set standards and practices in Identity Management, Customer Experience, and UX/UI. At present Stephanie is IAM enterprise architect at GCI. GCI provides data, mobile, video, voice and managed services to consumer and business customers throughout Alaska and nationwide. Headquartered in Alaska, GCI has delivered services for nearly 40 years to some of the most remote communities and in some of the most challenging conditions in North America. In her spare time, Stephanie serves on several non-profit boards, loves to ski, bike, and run in the great Alaska outdoors, and spend time with her husband, Peter, and their Bouvier des Flanders dog, Oliver Fenway.
