Citizens typically need to prove their identity, or to complete redundant workflows, while interacting with each new government agency they visit for services and benefits. This process is inefficient and frustrating for citizens and agencies as it wastes time, increases cost, and limits access to vital programs. This panel will focus on new methods of identity verification and will discuss how trusted identity and shared services can streamline the user experience.
