Davis Arora is the Senior Director managing Identity & Access Management at Honeywell. As a proven leader in Cyber Security with over 20 years of experience, he continues to lead teams and push the envelope in the realm of Identity & Access Management.  His favorite saying is “Identity is Core”, demonstrating to his peers across the company and industry that behind every solid security strategy Identity and Access Management is where it begins.  Today, he manages a diverse team that consists of Single Sign-On/ Federation, Certificate Services, Identity Governance and Administration, Privilege Access, and Directory Services that support a workforce of over 150k and a million customers.  His boundless energy and dynamic leadership is contagious. On a personal note, Davis married his high school sweetheart and has three bright and beautiful girls. His family keeps him busy with dance parties and cartwheels!
