Chris is an accomplished Senior Information Security Architect at KeyBank with a demonstrated ability to lead, execute, and effectively communicate technical security risks to stakeholders. Responsible for shaping, developing and implementing information security solutions throughout the enterprise. In 2019, Chris assumed product ownership for Key’s next generation authentication orchestration platform, In this role, Chris is spearheading a multi-year effort to modernize Key’s identity verification and authentication capabilities across all customer-facing channels which will strengthen Key’s security posture, improve customer experience and mitigate fraud. Chris joined Key in 2016 through the First Niagara acquisition. At First Niagara, Chris held the position of Security Architect between 2014-2016. His responsibilities included providing architectural direction for enterprise projects as well as designing and engineering a secure cloud strategy to support First Niagara’s desire to migrate its development environment to AWS. Prior to First Niagara, Chris spent ten years in various infrastrucure and information security engineering roles at Susquehanna International Group, global quantitative trading firm.
