Will Charnley, a Managing Director of Advisory Services at Liminal and brings more than a decade of experience as a project leader, is adept at solving complex business challenges. Before Liminal, Will spent the last two years as the Director of Systems & Growth for Learning by Giving (LxG). He successfully led the product design, launch, and go-to-market strategy for a mobile application and freemium subscription service. His strategic vision created the organization's first-ever five-year roadmap, increasing revenue by 5x. Before his time at LxG, Will spent eight years at Big Brothers Big Sisters as the Director of Program Services, where he created the organization’s first-ever revenue-producing program, led a multi-stage Salesforce implementation, and streamlined workflows to achieve operational excellence. Will earned his MBA from Babson College and his Bachelor’s degree from Boston College.
