Eliza Kuzmenko is a Sr Product Manager at AWS Identity working on consumer identity. She leads work on Amazon Cognito developer usability and improving end user's adapative authentication experience. Before joining Eliza spent a few years at Microsoft working on identity and security across RBAC, access management, and building algorithms in Identity Protection to protect millions of users from credential theft. In 2020, Eliza co-founded the MSFT University Shadowship pilot program to create a pipeline for educational resources and mentorship matching to underrepresented college students in STEM fields interested in software careers. She’s passionate about diversity and empowering individuals from all backgrounds to build technologies that make an impact.
