Women in technology run into different challenges than their male counterparts. Having a mentor and a group to participate in to share experiences and learn how to overcome challenges will help them grow. I wish I had the opportunity to participate in something like this when I was early in my career and why I am so passionate about this program. At Otis we built a WIT Mentorship program that has improved women in technology employee retention. This presentation will walk you through our journey of how we built this program over the course of 3 years. I will talk about challenges we have encountered during this journey and continuous improvement opportunities we plan to implement in the coming year.
