Session Abstract: Implementing a passwordless program is not easy no matter what the industry. While implementing in a manufacturing company, we encountered interesting challenges you would never really think of. Not all challenges will be technical in nature. Most tech, financial services, and insurance companies have similar users they cover, but manufacturing adds a different level of complexity with users who are not at all tech savvy. This presentation will share the challenges and how they were overcome. This can help other professionals identify potential problems in their own deployment approach and environment.
