Lance Peterman
Director of Identity & Access Management / Professor
Equitable / Univ of North Carolina at Charlotte
Session Abstract: In the Fall of 2022, the presenter created his first identity management class at the University of North Carolina. It was not just his first, but the university's as well. In this session, he'll share his experience teaching the course and the lessons learned while teaching it. Most of the learnings went well beyond the local challenges and revealed the larger impact of trying to get IAM curriculum adopted in higher education. We've got our work cut out for us, so let's talk about it.
