Tiye has experience serving and creating strong research campaigns and programming in communities of color. She served as Communications Lead in Harris County for two years on the My Home is Here housing survey providing key analysis of trends and qualitative data. In the last five years, she managed 12 projects for communities in Harris County for the Hogg Foundation creating culturally informed marketing and outreach campaigns. She currently serves as the Project Manager for ITRC focusing on creating culturally specific programs for communities of color. She attended University of Houston for Cultural Anthropology with a focus in Statistics, which informs her processes and decision-making in leading similar projects and is pursuing Law.
