Arynn Crow is the Senior Manager of User Authentication Products with AWS. She also represents Amazon to the FIDO Alliance as a member of the Board and the Executive Council. In her 10+ years at Amazon, Arynn experienced Amazon and Identity from the ground-up, starting as a seasonal customer call center worker and eventually leading cross-cutting interoperability and security programs. She founded and led a group responsible for the strategy, development, and implementation of identity services that secure customer relationship tooling, spanning hundreds of thousands of workforce users as well as tens of millions of retail customer interactions every year. Currently, she leads the product team responsible for all things user authentication at AWS, from MFA to identity threat detection and response.
