Ramesh Narayanan is the CTO at MOSIP, a leading digital public good addressing foundational digital identity of over 300 million people. At mosip he builds identity and trust infrastructure to help countries in their digital transformation journeys. An entrepreneur with 25 years of experience in building software products and solutions, Ramesh finds his passion in seeing transformation through technology. He has founded two start-ups – the first with a focus on banking for rural India and the second on employability. Ramesh has built enterprise, consumer, and country-scale solutions in his flourishing career. He focuses on sustainable development practices driven by open standards. He is the author of standards specifications for secure biometrics interface (IEEE) and OpenID4VP over BLE (OIDF). He also is a co-lead for the GovStack identity building block and represents MOSIP at the Open Wallet Foundation.
