A large multi geo, multi-specialization company migrated from a legacy IAM tech to market leading product. However, the migration caused some unforeseen challenges resulting in limited automation, complicated processes and dissatisfaction from internal risk and compliance teams.

The IAM organization then started a radical new program with focusing on regulatory compliance, tech debt elimination, rapid application integration and identity first security. The program removed identity blind spots between security systems, enhanced user experience and drove IAM adoption for employees as well contingents.
