Brock has over 30 years experience in the fraud and investigations area in both retail and financial industries. He has managed large scale systems designed to detect and prevent both internal and external fraud. He also managed card fraud strategy for multiple portfolios – debit, credit, and commercial card. Most recently, Brock is responsible for digital authentication at the bank, with a team of analysts who identify, mitigate, and prevent digital fraud against our customers.
