Andre Durand founded Ping Identity in 2002 to secure the internet through identity. Under his guidance and leadership Ping has grown into a leading provider of enterprise identity security that serves over 60% of the Fortune 100 and protects over 2 Billion identities. Durand also founded the Identiverse conference in 2010 to foster knowledge sharing and solutions across the identity industry. Additionally Durand founded a number of software companies including Jabber which was sold to Cisco in 2008. He holds a BA in Biology and Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara and lives in Denver, Colorado, with his wife Kim and two daughters.
