Tia Louden is a Senior Technical Program Manager at Microsoft within the Identity Security Incident Response team. She's an incident responder and drives the post-incident-review processes for long term mitigations and, as needed, manages individual cases which impact Microsoft and its customers. When she's not working on cases or dreaming up new processes, she'll usually have a terrible joke, pun and always has an office full of chocolate!
