Multiple reports have shows that we have become increasingly reliant on "Single Points of Failure".  In this talk,  I look at how other industries has taken failure as a normal operating event, and have built systems and processes to be resilient.

I will cover some examples,  and howfully change your perspective on what it means for everything to go sideways.  To be prepared,  and ready,  so that sideways is just another day at the office!
