Andy Barlow is a Senior Engineer at Okta, specializing in identity software with over five years of experience, including time at Auth0 prior to its acquisition by Okta. With a strong focus on Highly Regulated Identity (HRI) features such as RAR, JAR, PAR, MTLS, JWE, and JWKS, Andy has played a key role in shaping Okta's Financial Grade Identity (FGI) offerings. A long-time consumer of IETF standards, Andy is now actively contributing to the identity community. Before his career in identity, Andy studied Ethical Hacking at Abertay University and, prior to that, worked in gold mining in Indonesia.
