For the past 5 years, he has been heavily involved working with various stakeholders such as U.S. Customs Border Protection (CBP); airports; airlines; ground handlers; and consultants. From coordinating, managing, training, deploying biometric solutions to airlines their has been extradionary outcomes as airlines have been able to turnaround their aircraft faster as well as generate adhoc revenue. During our biometric era, lessons have been learned by all stakeholders as well as how it is not just the solution that is needed but managing the customer and their expectations. It has been a "real" true ID experience all around.
