I am a Director of Data Science at Capital One, where I lead the data function for Cyber - Identity and Access Management (IAM). I have built and expanded this organization which now consists of 35+ associates across data science, machine learning engineering, and data engineering who are transforming access management by harnessing the power of data. My core competencies include data science, data analytics, machine learning, big data engineering, cloud computing, and cyber security. I have designed and implemented solutions that detect access risk in real-time, send signals to cyber incident reporting platforms, automate controls monitoring, and implement predictive access. I have also developed reporting and analytical solutions that provide access transparency in AWS Cloud and enable data-driven decision making for Cyber stakeholders.
