5. Attend up to Ten 15-Minute Meetings
Simply join your meetings onsite on June 15, 2026 from 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM.
Our Attendee Experience Manager will reach out to guide you step-by-step through a simple process to secure your meetings. Based on your priorities, we’ll recommend relevant vendors and experts, and you can select who you’d like to meet.
How many meetings can I book?
You’ll have access to confirm up to 10 meetings total.
What if I can no longer attend?
We understand that plans can change, but if you cannot attend, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. If you cannot attend and do not assist in filling your spot, we reserve the right not to extend an invitation to future events. In some cases, you may be charged for the full ticket price. We appreciate your understanding as we ensure the event runs smoothly and all opportunities are maximized.
How do I qualify?

What happens after my participation is confirmed?
Once confirmed, you’ll receive a welcome email outlining next steps, including access to your complimentary all-access pass to Identiverse and details on travel reimbursement of up to $500. You’ll also be guided through completing your attendee profile, which we’ll use to curate recommended meetings aligned to your objectives. You’ll have the opportunity to review and select your preferred connections, and we’ll finalize and schedule your meetings in advance to ensure a high-value experience onsite.
What if I purchased my Identiverse pass prior to the The Exchange confirmation?
If you’ve already purchased your Identiverse registration, your paid pass will remain valid. While refunds are not available, we’re pleased to offer you the option of a complimentary guest pass at Identiverse 2026 or a complimentary all-access pass to Identiverse 2027.
