Currently, Kevin Dolan serves as Director of Data (Authentication) within Digital Product Management at Charles Schwab. In this role, Kevin Dolan leads strategy, risk, and advanced analytics for client authentication and fraud detection across Schwab’s digital ecosystem. This work supports billions of annual client login events, placing a premium on both accuracy and client experience.
Prior to Schwab, Kevin Dolan was Director of Research for Worldwide Fraud, Compliance, and Risk Analytics Strategies at IDC. In this global thought leadership role, Kevin Dolan served as a subject matter expert across fraud, AML, KYC, customer due diligence, privacy, Basel reforms, and cybersecurity threats. Advising financial institutions worldwide, Kevin Dolan authored several influential research reports analyzing emerging risk technologies, regulatory pressures, and innovation trends shaping the banking industry.
Earlier roles included VP of Risk Product Management at TD Bank and VP of foreign exchange platform technologies at State Street Corporation.
