Description: Many organizations are using cloud computing services from at least two cloud providers to minimize risk, avoid vendor lock-in and avail best of breed offerings from the cloud providers. Cloud providers not only have distinct security models, but also provide complex (and rich) permission sets for various services and resources. Administering permissions for those services and resources to human and non-human identities is very cumbersome and can be done only by well-trained IT team. An IGA solution should enable lines of business to manage cloud identities and entitlements using business context uniformly across various cloud providers. Along with business context, providing insights and relevant metrics around risk and usage will reduce the burden of administration and cost to the organization.
