Chad Cromwell is responsible for all customer identity and access management (CIAM), fraud and financial crimes at M&T Bank. Prior to M&T, Cromwell held similar positions at Morgan Stanley and E-Trade and was also Director of Identity Technologies at Macy’s. He has extensive experience transforming digital identity and customer experiences in the financial services industry including implementing identity proofing, fraud, KYC, cloud security and the payment card industry data security standard (PCI DSS).
