Description: In this session, we will review application onboarding, specifically around the relationship aspect with application owners. There are strong technical application owners, and there are application owners with little to no knowledge on the process. We will discuss ways to approach application onboarding with application owners of various knowledge levels. Another challenge that is often associated with application onboarding is application owner reluctancy to change. In this session we will review some ways to turn your reluctant application owner into an IAM champion.
