Women in technology run into different challenges than their male counterparts. Having a mentor and a group to participate in to share experiences and learn how to overcome challenges will help them grow. I wish I had the opportunity to participate in something like this when I was in the early stages of my technology career and why I am so passionate about leading a program like this. At Otis we built a Women In Tech Mentorship program that has improved women in technology employee retention.
This presentation will walk you through our journey of how we built this program over the course of 3 years. I will talk about challenges we have encountered during this journey and continuous improvement opportunities we have implemented this past year.
