Ove Morten Stalheim is product manager for the ID-lifecycle services in Norwegian nationwide identity scheme - BankID. He has more than 25 years of experience building, designing and delivering solutions for the financial-, governmental- and utility-industry. He now has the role of product manager and responisble for the A-Z of his services, from valuepropositions and business-case to threat-modeling and secure operations. A nation-wide ID-scheme requires solid solutions for self-service, keeping in mind that the intended audience is a varying set of people with different skills and abilities. Focusing on the valueproposition for each individual, to spend as little time as possible worrying about tasks like account-recovery but still in a highly secure manner with not more than needed friction.
