Chloe is a co-founder of Vouchsafe, a tech-for-good company building inclusive identity verification. For three years, she led user research on Universal Credit; the UK's principal form of social security. Her lobbying of banks and politicians is the reason it's now possible to claim Universal Credit without a fixed address. She has also worked on and around the justice system, digital inclusion and several crucial national security projects as a civil servant.
