Hanna Kim is the Director of Login.gov in the Technology Transformation Services within the U.S. General Services Administration. In her role, she leads a team of mission-oriented technologists to enable equitable, secure, and efficient access to federal and state benefits for the American public. Hanna began her career in the federal government as a national security policy advisor in various federal agencies. Prior to joining Login.gov, she was a Principal Product Manager at Amazon, where she held multiple leadership roles, including the Head of Global Trust and Safety. Hanna is based in Cupertino, CA, and holds a Master in Public Affairs from Princeton University.
