Marco Venuti is the IAM Acceleration Director at Thales Group. With over 20 years of experience in Identity and Security, Marco has held worldwide roles spanning Sales, Product Management, and Technical Leadership. Before joining Thales, he served as VP of Product Management at OneWelcome and CTO for Identity Governance at IBM. Marco joined IBM through the acquisition of CrossIdeas, an Identity Governance vendor he co-founded in 2011. He holds a degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Bologna, Italy.
