Gaurav leads Digital Identity Services group at TIAA. His group provides mission-critical multi-channel( Web, Mobile, Voice) services of Digital Onboarding, Digital Access Management, Fraud Prevention and Identity Lifecycle Management across all TIAA Digital Applications. In this role he is responsible for providing thought leadership for Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) platform and managing best-of-bread ecosystem for identity and Fraud technology products. Prior to joining TIAA he spent two decades in P&C insurance technology, where he owned and managed large initiatives related to Digital Transformation, Core System replacement, Cloud migration and Enterprise architecture. Gaurav is customer obsessed, strives for creating frictionless customer experiences(CX) and focuses on execution excellence.
