Chaochao is currently the Head of Risk, Monzo USA, responsible for Fraud, AML, and Credit Risk from a policy, analytics, and product development stand point. She hails from Capital One and Visa, where she held senior leadership roles in business strategy, risk analytics, and product management. Chaochao holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and BSc from National University of Singapore. She is a resident of San Francisco and actively advises start-ups and government agencies on the application of AI in Financial Services.
