Jobson Andrade is a seasoned cybersecurity and identity leader currently serving as Senior Manager of Identity Operations at Mars, Incorporated. With over 20 years of experience across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and identity & access management (IAM), Jobson leads a global team responsible for securing and scaling identity services across the enterprise. At Mars, he drives strategy and execution for mission-critical programs including Identity LCM, Single Sign-On (SSO), multifactor authentication (MFA), privileged access, non-human identity governance, and modern authentication initiatives. Outside of work, Jobson is a passionate soccer fan and proud dad of two future strikers.
