Elizabeth (Liz) is the founder of Silver Key Strategies, where she leverages her deep expertise in law, public policy, and business to advise on privacy, innovation, and scalable solutions. She has held key roles across the public and private sectors, including executive leadership in cybersecurity startups focused on data and threat intelligence, guiding them through multiple funding rounds. As Senior Assistant City Attorney for Technology at Atlanta’s airport, she played a critical role on the city’s 2018 ransomware incident response team. An active speaker and contributor to the tech and security community, Liz serves on the boards of the Rural Technology Fund, Aerospace Village, and DEFCON’s CFP Review Board, and mentors emerging leaders. In 2022, she was recognized as the “Cybersecurity or Privacy Woman Law Professional of the Year” by the United Cybersecurity Alliance. Liz holds a J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law and a B.A. from Virginia Tech.
