In this first ever aizome session at Identiverse, Amir Ofek, CEO and Co-founder of aizome, will explore why the current traditional human IAM and NHI models are insufficient, for the new Enterprise AI Agents. The session will cover the different type of agents existing today and the associated identity traits of each. Unlike development or in-product agents, Enterprise AI Agents are built within workforce business processes, operating dynamically across diverse systems and requiring unique identity management, and intent analysis. Because their roles are not fixed and their identities are often ambiguous, they require a fundamentally different approach to security and management. Participants will examine the shift from Machine to Machine (M2M) to Agent to Agent (A2A) interaction, where identity is passed through complex chains and the original actor may be completely abstracted. Amir will introduce a new model for maintaining a control based on real-time observation at the point of the AI agents' operation, a hybrid identity that evolves with intent, and dynamic controls driven by continuous behavioral analysis. Attendees will learn how to enable safe, cross-systems AI operations through reusable connections rather than restrictive over-scoping ensuring that autonomous AI agents in Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, Operations, IT and beyond drive value and act within expected boundaries
