Matthew is a Senior Technical Lead guiding passkeys adoption at Cisco Duo. He represents Cisco in the W3C's Web Authentication WG and Federated Identity WG, on the FIDO Alliance board, and in several FIDO Alliance Working Groups. In addition, Matthew wrote and maintains multiple FIDO2 libraries to make adoption easier for Relying Parties, and stewards https://webauthn.io to help others learn about and experience FIDO2. Simply put, Matthew believes strongly in FIDO-based authentication and in digital credentials to achieve truly passwordless user onboarding and authentication.
