Christopher Hunt is a Senior Identity Engineer at Uberether specializing in identity and access management solutions for federal and enterprise environments. With over 20 years implementing IAM solutions across defense, intelligence, food service, manufacturing and healthcare sectors, Chris has designed and deployed identity across several industries. Chris has previously served as Chief Technology Officer and Chief of Development at the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC), leading engineering teams and projects to provide unique solutions for data security and access controls. At DTIC, he developed identity management policy and federation frameworks across multiple service providers, implemented DevSecOps practices, and established continuous ATO, zero-trust frameworks. Chris currently develops GitLab automation for identity platforms and performs research on adaptive access control frameworks for generative AI in classified and regulated environments. Chris is completing doctoral research on enforcing data access boundaries in AI systems.  He currently holds a master’s degree in information systems with a specialization in Cybersecurity.
