Steve Giovannetti has worked in information technology since 1988 and has implemented identity and access management systems as early as 2001. Since then, he has specialized in the analysis, design and implementation of reliable IAM systems for workforce, customer, and B2B identities. He has also been advising customers on all aspects of identity security. As Field CTO at SDG, Steve has set technical IAM strategy as they continue to develop and deploy production access management, governance, identity verification, MFA, and API access management systems for SDG’s clients.​Some relevant experience includes:​- Led multiple large-scale IAM transformation projects to improve customer experience and enhance security using products such as Forgerock and Ping Identity. ​- Conducted multiple IAM assessments and IAM roadmap development for clients interested in getting more from their IAM systems.​- Currently consulting with clients on how to leverage identity verification and verifiable credentials as a way to defeat attacks using deep fake AI techniques to break enterprise identity security.​- Led the development of containerization and orchestration of IAM products using Kubernetes. First production deployment of containerized Forgerock system in 2015.​
